Another day at the lake Mälaren in Sweden. Katri is practicing life in consciousness and peace in every moment. By doing her yoga practice she is practicing the awareness of the body and mind. Do you think we can breathe and sense with all of our cells? Katri has a belief on that everything is possible IF one does believe and take action and keep on practicing.
